Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy​

Shipping within The Netherlands

Please allow up to 2 - 3 working days to process and ship an order of in-stock items for shipping. If you have placed a pre-order for any pieces on the Cley Co website, please allow 3 - 7 working days for process and shipping.

​

Shipping is €3.99 on orders under €50 and free on orders over €50.

​

We use PostNL for all of our shipping, so your orders will arrive directly to you mailbox. Once we have shipped your order, please allow 3 - 5 working days for the order to be processed by PostNL and delivered to you. 

​

If you have not received an update within 14 business days of placing your order, please contact us directly on hello@cleyco.nl so that we can look into this for you. 

​

It is currently not possible to pick up an order locally.

​

Shipping to the EU and UK

Please allow up to 2 - 3 working days to process and ship an order of in-stock items for shipping. If you have placed a pre-order for any pieces on the Cley Co website, please allow 3 - 7 working days for process and shipping.

We use PostNL for all of our local shipping and once your order reaches your country it will be delivered by a local courier service. Once we have shipping your order, please allow 2 - 10 working days for the order to be processed by our courier, processed by your local courier and then delivered to you.

 

We ship internationally within the EU. These countries include: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

We ship to the UK. These countries include: England, Scotland, Northern Ireland, and Wales.

​

Shipping ranges between €5.99 - €7.99 (country dependant) on orders under €70 and free on orders over €70.

We do NOT ship to the following countries: Czech Republic

Return & Exchange Policy

 

We do not offer returns or refunds on clay earrings that have not been properly cared for or earrings that have already been worn. If your order arrives damaged, please notify us via email as soon as possible. You can send an email directly to hello@cleyco.nl or fill in the contact form below.

If your order breaks after you receive it, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can find a solution for you. You can send an email directly to hello@cleyco.nl or fill in the contact form below.

We offer repairs on hardware for up to 6 months after your initial purchase. A proof of purchase will be requested. If you need repair work done, please send us an email to hello@cleyco.nl or fill in the contact form below.
